Well, I am basically the worst at writing. But I am gonna apologize anyways. LOL! Sorry friends and family for not writing haha. Well to catch you up on my life for the past few month I got transferred from Taoa to Mataika, but I got transferred with my comp Hufanga, so we were together again. Mataika was amazing! Members there were so nice and there was so many of them. We got a couple baptisms too. I only have pictures of one because we were in a rush, LOL. We worked really hard in Mataika and I will never forget it! But sadly, I go t transferred after only 1 transfer there. My companion got moved to Niuatoputapu and I got moved to Koloa to train. So I am a Dad.
My new companion's (son) name is Elder Teu. He is native from Tonga. So that makes things a lot easier for me because he already knows Tongan. It puts a lot of strain on my brain talking in straight Tongan! LOL! But I know it is helping me in the long run with the language. Right now we are working with a girl from Japan. She just married one of the members and she loves the church! She passed the baptism interview but before we could baptize her, she had to take an emergency trip to main island, Tonga. So we are waiting for her to get back. My area right now probably consists of 25 houses and maybe 250 people. So it is hard trying to find people to teach. But we keep trying! I cannot believe it is December! Time is really flying!
