It's been a minute...

June 24, 2019

I would just like to apologize for the lack of blog posts, LOL. Not much happening in Kolomotu'a haha. Like always...

Transfers on May 26th, had Andersen put to zone leader and transferred out. I got a new companion, Elder Parker from West Valley, Utah.

One thing you will notice is that Elder Parker loves to
take my camera and take pics of himself...irritz!

But some stuff  went down on the mission!  They did a transfer mid-way through the transfer. A lot of people got moved from Vava'u and I thought for sure that I was going to go to Vava'u. But long story short, I did not get moved. Little sad because I want to go back so badly since I was only there for 6 weeks. But I know that this is the Lord's work and if the Lord wanted me out there, He would send me out there! Also, my boy, Vaitohi from the MTC, got put to AP, so that is awesome! He took me to the dentist. It was crazy seeing him drive! LOL. It was good to see him.
Went to the dentist for the first time in Tonga and it was pretty cool. It is on the campus of Liahona High School. I thought I had a cavity, but I actually chipped off part of my back molar. haha. I think they fixed the problem...we will see!
Also, remember those chiropractors that came in December and March? They came again! It really blew their minds that I was still here hahaha! I told them I was just as shocked LOL! Since we had a Mate Ma'a Tonga game this weekend, not a lot of people showed up to the chiropractors. Mate Ma'a Tonga got smacked too. But it was sad not a lot of people came. But they still do a lot of good work for these people out here!
One of our inactives we have been working with came to church yesterday. Our convert gave her first talk also and I shed some tears, not gonna lie. It was so amazing! Her testimony was so beautiful. It was so GOOD! We are trying to find some new people to teach. It has been REALLY hard! We keep trying though.
As I was writing this, our dog, Kevin, just gave birth to 6 puppies hahaha. Everything is good here in Tonga. Still surviving and loving it!
Thank you for all the prayers a emails!
Ofa lahi atu moutolu!

Ofas eh,
Elder Nomani
